Sorry I haven't posted any news for a while.  Things have been very busy around here.  Nora is growing bigger every day.  She has learned how to roll over from her belly to her back, but she only does it when she is really mad.  Once she has rolled from her back to her belly, but she was on the couch at the time and I think had a little help from the way she was laying on the cushion.  We are going to have to be super careful of where we set her down now.

Nora and I are both sick.  Last week Doug had Strep Throat and this week I have a really aggressive ear infection and my lungs are infected as well.  Nora's throat looked irritated to the doctor and she is having some snotty breathing.  Since she is so little they take any infection pretty seriously.  She and I are both on antibiotics.  She seems to be doing well with the antibiotic- no reactions so far.  I can tell she doesn't feel good though because she is sleeping much more than normal and is having a hard time being soothed when she is awake.

She just got done with a growth spurt.  She is now over 8 lbs!  She likes to sit up and has pretty good control of her head.  She is smiling and makes little cooing noises and gurgles of happiness.  She still makes her little squeaks and of course crying, but she is getting more vocal and learning to express herself with different types of vocalizations.
