My Mom and Dad arrived on March 22 and it was wonderful having them here. Dad had to leave back to Wyoming on Monday the 26th and Mom left yesterday the 28th.







Since Miss Nora decided to be born 2 1/2 weeks early I did not have much time to prepare the apartment. Mom and Dad were great in helping get the house in shape, buying some much needed items for Nora and always being willing to change a diaper or hold Nora so I could take some breaks.







At Nora's post release appointment back at the Labor and Delivery ward of the hospital on the 25th, she had lost weight and was down to 5lbs 2 oz. This is normal and the Nurses weren't concerned. Mom and I decided to take her back on the 27th to weigh her again and she had gone up to 5lbs 4oz. The nurses were very pleased that she was already gaining her weight back.







She is being such a wonderful baby. She will sleep between feedings in her bouncy chair and will lay on a blanket on the floor without fussing. She loves to be cuddled and held but it does not look like she is becoming overly needy by all the attention she gets.







Sky still isn't quite sure what to think about her yet. She ignored her for the first couple of days- wouldn't even look at her. Now she is getting more used to Nora and will sniff her gently or she likes to sniff the car seat and bouncy seat. If I am not in the room when Nora makes noise Sky immediatly runs to find me and she has been staying pretty close to the bouncy seat when Nora is sleeping.
