This is the voice of Winterbottom: The Master of Production

Dear Africans,

It gives me great pleasure to talk to you. I am confident that no matter what I expose about myself to you, my children will always be your masters. They may be very liberal with you; but that does not change who you are to them. Only you can change your situation. Don't get me wrong, I will still be giving you Aid (as long as I get my natural resources).

What do your children do on Sundays? Probably reciting verse this from chapter that from this Book and that Book. My children are designing or producing one toy or the other, so that the ability to produce from natural resources grows with them. They do not stop innovating and improvising skills, because they must ensure that your children become more and more relatively underdeveloped in production capacity, ability and interdependence ! That is how we keep you trying to catch up!

Your society is the kind that shuts children up when they ask simple questions that you adults cannot answer. As far as I am concerned your children are fit to be leaders, because you adults are dishonest; teaching children to tell lies to themselves. For centuries, we white people were never able to see Jesus and we gave up. But you teach your children to claim to be seeing him!

If your Nigerian children are to ask: "Daddy, we have never seen White People in these our churches, yet Jesus is a White man", you will beat that child for catching up to me. You will most likely reply: "..it is your culture, don't ask me that question again.."

You have a culture similar to that of crabs in a bucket. When one tries to escape, the others will pull it back in.

Our schools teach my children to feel superior to people of colour. Your schools teach your children to feel inferior to people without colour! Perhaps they should aspire to be reborn as albinos.
