| The Shield Liger, in the Zoids Chaotic Century anime, it's the first zoid piloted by Van. In the Manga Van doesn't get it untill the forth book(i believe, it will be updated after i re-check) and it becomes his powerful ally. The Shield Liger is a Republican zoid designed to battle the Imperial Saber Tiger. For a while the Shield Liger held the lines for the Republic, untill newer Imperial Zoids were produced. The Shield Liger's main feature is it's Energy Shield, which allows it to be protected against attacks. It can also be upgraded into a Shield Liger DCS. It also evolves into the Blade Liger. | |||||||||||
