History: When Iiko was ten she had a dream of a lady with short blue hair who looked like her mother fighting in a weird fuku with a few other girls. She called herself a sailor scout. In the dream she also met a butterfly named, "Quincy" who said that she would guide her later in life when she was called to her destiny.

Because both her parents worked, she was sent to Sentakou High School. Soon after Quincy came to her and told her of her mother's destiny that had become her own.

Icy Freeze: (She can use this in her regular form) She points at an object and they freeze in place for five seconds unless they are very strong and in that case they can make the time go down.
