She is a pretty girl whose emerald green eyes shine like jewels. Her waist length auburn hair shimmers when the light hits it and is soft to the touch, like satin. She wears it in a single braid down her back with blue, white silver ribbons intertwined in the braid. She has a small scar on her right forehead, one along her right forearm and one running up her right shin from being hit by a car when she was riding her bike when she was eight years old.

Regular Outfit: She wears light blue jean shorts with white lace sewn to the cuffs, a wide blue and white belt with a gold buckle shaped like a dragon, white bobby socks, ankle high tennis shoes that are aqua with dark blue soles and laces. She wear a aqua blue shirt with a koala bear mother and baby on the front, and it is tucked in the skirt.

Personality: Happy to help people but is always contented with just helping. She is outgoing, but not overbearing. Always a smile on her face even when she's not smiling on the inside, likes to see people happy and tries to help them solve her problems whenever he can. Doesn't force others to do what she wants and listens to all sides of an issue before stating her own opinion. She hates the being in small closed places.

History: Yuukei is the eldest daughter of a three child family. Her and her family; father, brother, and sister, live in a mid sized home on the edge of town. She helps out at the doctor's office down the street from their house where she occasionally helps as a receptionist after school. When she was fifteen a black German Shepard dog with blue eyes, began appearing in her dreams nightly, after two weeks he appeared before her while she was walking home from school. He introduced himself as her guardian, his name was Nightwing.

Her body continues to spin and her clothes glow yellow and red seeming to melt away in it's place her uniform appears on her body. As she slows her spinning the lightning bolts and glowing stop.

Fast Lightning!- Short bursts of lighting and energy combined shoot from her hands at a rapid rate..

Lightning Blast Destruction!- Two large lighting bolts leaves her hands and combine into one very large bolt of lightning and strikes the enemy.

Weaknesses: Too trusting of others, believes that most people are good unless they show otherwise.
