- how is ‘mood’ created?
- how does one use illustration to create ‘mood’?
- how does colour contribute to ‘mood’?
- how does sound contribute to ‘mood’?
- Pupils to recall the scene in ‘Cinderella’ where the stepsisters order Cinderella to do all the housework.
- Each pupil is to then use ‘Storybook Weaver Deluxe’ to recreate this scene using pictures, colour and sound on her/his own workstation.
- Each pupil’s presentation is then displayed for a general class discussion on ‘mood’. Pupils should see how different pictures, colours and sounds create different ‘moods’ even though the content for all 24 presentations is identical.
