PROJECT GUIDELINES:
The project will have 3 stages of development:
(A) Start-up Stage
The suggested starting-up procedures are:
1 Contacting the school in UK by email to introduce yourself/yourselves.
2 Suggesting a time-frame for the project/s.
3 Putting up a list of project proposals.
4 Assembling an action team of teachers and pupils to carry out relevant tasks.
5 Checking the software/hardware requirements.
6 Keeping records of action taken, progress made, etc.
(B)The Development Stage
(The participating school decides how this is going to be carried out, possibly by negotiating with the UK partner school)
(C) The End of Project Stage
(The participating school decides how this is going to be done. One suggestion, if you have a web site, is to post the project on your school home page.
However. there are other ways of publication, eg. in your school newsletter, in an education journal, in a magazine form
highlighting the benefits your school (teachers and pupils) derive from this project.
The MOE website may highlight several of these projects on a rotational basis, the British Council may host the projects on the British Council web site.)
