Pupils recite the rhyme "Dinosaur Pudding Dance." Pg 46

Discuss prehistoric animals.

2. Lesson Development: (60 min)

Pupils read the story " The Cockroach Which Challenged The Dinosaur"

a) In their cooperative groups of four talk about :

  1. Think about (class)

Cockroach said about him

Pupils create a new ending for the story using Story Book Weaver Deluxe

Pupils select Dino Park..

Conclusion: (20min)

Pupils take turns to read their writing in the "Author’s Chair"

The audience tell what they like about the ending or what they feel could be improved and how.
