Instructional Strategies

Teacher to recapitulate meanings of words covered in previous lesson. Teacher to ensure that the class understands the meanings of the words and use them in the story.

In pairs, pupils talk about the given picture of a volcano and then answer the following questions about the picture:

In pairs, pupils create their own story based on the given picture by

writing a few paragraphs about it.
