1. Tell pupils to go home and prepare a beverage eg. Milo, Iced-lemon tea etc and to jot down the ingredients and steps taken.

1. Oral interaction

Pupils to share their experience in class. They have to tell verbally how to prepare a particular beverage that they have tried at home.

Pupils are reminded to use words describing sequence in their steps, eg. then, next , after that etc.

2. Show pupils how they can create a recipe using Hallmark Greeting Workshop CD-ROM.
3. Get pupils to work in pairs to create their recipe on beverages. Careful instruction will be given to remind them to use words describing sequence.
4. Pin up their creation in class or bind them into a booklet .
