Eight computers in a classroom.

Instructional Strategies:

1. Teacher teaches some words which describe occupations of people, using the CD-ROM

2. In pairs, pupils do a word splash to search for words that the teacher has taught. They also access the vocabulary and pictures in the CD-ROM.

3. Pupils focus on the words which the teacher has taught to gather more information about the person with the aid of the CD-ROM..

4. Pupils complete a worksheet on "occupation".
