Buddies Of The Month
What started out as a joke where I used to work took off in a unintended direction. They used to publish an on-line company newsletter and it's was put together by a good friend. The first month he put a picture of another friend and myself, calling it "Buddies Of The Month".
The next month he found another picture of me and someone else in the company and and called it the same thing.
Every month after that the "Buddies Of The Month" consisted of a picture of me and someone else in the company. Sometimes when there is a camera present, someone would call out "Buddies Of The Month!" and I will find someone standing next to me and be getting my picture taken.
I was laid off form there after the September 11 attack, but I continue with "Buddies Of The Month" on my own.
