Careless Soul
Careless soul,
Floating in the wind,
Cautiously inviting,
Each new found friend.

Will i find you?
This question I ask.
Searching each day,
On this unending task.

Locked outside,
In my own universe,
My love is worse,
Than an old Egyptian curse.

Where will I find you?
Oh careless soul!
Searching deeper,
Into the black hole.

Pressure builds up,
In this life I live,
Endlessly striving,
For my love to give.

So careless soul,
Where are you?
Still searching outside,
For someone new?

Will the madness end?
I ask you today,
Careless soul,
Let all peace be at bay.

Scream out careless soul,
Confused and lost,
Not everyone's heart,
Is covered in frost.
