Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
              ---Proverbs 22:6

Dear Parents:
Thank-you for allowing your child(ren) to come to Show Me The Way Ministries. We are a family here at Show Me The Way and we consider your children our children. We have such a good time in Sunday School and our Friday night S.W.A.T. (Saved with a Testimony) Youth Service. Not only do we pray, sing, and play with the children, we are constantly learning about the awesome power of God and building on the foundation set forth in the Word.

"Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His..." 2 Timothy 2:19

We just want to share with you some of the things we are working on:

Last month we talked about "wolves in sheep's clothing" (Matthew 7:15-23), we learned that Jesus is the vine and we are the branches (John 15:1-7), and from there we learned about good fruit and bad fruit. No, we weren't talking  apples and oranges, but the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

This month we will be learning about the books of the Bible. Minister Janele Cooper-Rankin taught the children a song (see page 2) to help them to remember the books of the Bible. If your child has been coming to service for awhile you may have already heard them singing it. It is easier for children to follow along during scripture reading and sermons when they know where to find each book of the Bible.
