The churches must stop doing two things: one, stop concerning yourself with petite and trivial matters as if they are important; two, stop playing politics.
(It takes a lot for me to say this, however, I must obey God): For in the Black American churches there are more people concerned with trivial matters as: 'who is talking about me', 'who can I impress with what I wear," 'how will I impress the leaders better than you,' and 'you better leave my child alone.' These trivial matters have caused you to lose souls. Leave the trivial matters alone and become concern with the saving of souls.
In some Caucasian American churches (and some of these churches are mixed) you have become concerned with this matter: this matter is called "playing politics." Are politics more important than souls?
Look to where you have come from and do this first thing. this first thing is your humble beginnings, the true infilling of the Holy Spirit.
This is what you must do (go back to your humble beginnings)to prepare for the time of Bitterness for the spirit of Bitterness is already upon the land and looking at you.
