From "Guys, Guys, Guys " to "Girls, Girls, Girls"! <Incredible improvement> Always saying things in groups of threes.
Mr. Ng was our English and Literature teacher when Miss Sie was still recooperating, also taking over our former relief teachers Miss Chia and Miss Ang. Mr. Ng has been extrememly patient with us, though double and triple negatives got him rather irritated. We were treated to candies, eclairs and butter toffees, all from Marks and Spencers. Mr. Ng from SJI Band has a great passion for literature and obviously adores reading. We will always miss the 'chim' words and of course the CANDY! Oh! We can never forget, Mr. Ng. :)
Mr. Ng, we thought your religion was SCGS (><)
After his last lesson, we were experiencing a minute of silence as he left the classroom.
Currently, the only item of sentimental value is the word 'digressions' he had written on the board... [Note: Now it is gone, forever.]
Mr. Ng we miss you and take care :) We also warmly invite you, to our class on Teacher's Day <3 One SY
Gentle Reminder
26th April was when we went to the ACM (If we could remember clearly). So, your final books should be done by Friday, 27th July 2007 [Late submissions will not be entertained, as warned by the teachers.]

I come from a family of ancient tree spirits. We are all over a thousand. The topic on age is closed.
So, it started out with Mama.s Fund Raising. It was very busy Tuesday as we prepared for the sale. There was chocolate-coated Marshmallows, palatable rice balls, the ever so popular coke and of course cookies, cupcakes and brownies. Profits were soaring as students streamed to our stalls to purchase these tempting goodies and snacks which rarely are on sale. Hard work paid off (going to everyone and begging to buy), the profit was above target and we were extremely elated, (though we had to write a 500-word essay).
Preparation was not easy. The door-gift committee had made their way to IKEA on Labour Day to purchase door-gifts, and they had also gladly purchase some candles for the celebrations. Then, there was the program committee, working extraordinarily hard with such a tight schedule. Food! The food-committee were snappy in coming up with food to tantalize everyone.s taste buds, despite the fact that they had to take in to account everyone.s preferences. They had also done a wonder job baking and simply, doing what they do best, cooking. And invitations! How can anyone forget the invitations? We did not. An array of brightly decorated unique invitations was hand-made by the artistic invitation committee. Lastly, there was the decoration committee who had taken every opportunity they could to make the classroom look spiffy.
On the day itself, as mothers had come to the celebrations, ushers wearing our vibrant orange class tees had warmly welcome the queens for the day. Games were arranged by the pond just before dinner which was held in the classroom where a specially-made PowerPoint slide with photos of everyone was displayed on the screen. An unexpected guest, Mrs Tang had dropped over to have dinner with us. After the sumptuous dinner, all headed to the newly-built area outside our classroom for a candle-light sing-along session. Everyone started crooning to the tune of Patience by British band Take That. (You can play the song now by going to the jukebox in the left column. It is the first song.) There was also a performance put up by our class' very own vilonist Elizabeth and Natasha. Last but not least, we had a special way of saying ' Thank you ' to all Mums by giving them a foot wash and foot massage. It all ended with a repeat of the song, Patience.
It was truly an unforgettable night, one to hold in our hearts forever.
