Your freedom and your rights and obviously your willingness to negotiate payment will be ignored in most cases the moment you fall in arrears once you're listed as a bad credit risk, firstly by the Company representative and then by some representative at the Bad Credit Bureau.

Questions raised and investigated by us in many instances could not be explained.
Questions: 
1. What exact procedures were followed and the proof thereof prior to your name being listed as a bad credit risk.
2. What are the qualifications and credentials of the person that instigated the listing of your
valuable and good name.
3. Who authorised the listing of your name and what are their qualifications and credentials.
4. Were there any legal documentation presented, and endorsed by you whereby you have granted permission for your name to be listed in the event of not being able to continue with your immediate payments. If not, then this is as far as we are concerned defamation of character and should be pursued by your legal representative without delay.
5. Were you notified in writing that unless you contact the Company to make arrangements or payments that your name would be handed over to the Bad Credit Bureau for listing, and were you informed about the repercussions or consequences that could be brought upon you if your name were to be listed?
6. Were you informed and afforded a reasonable period to pay your account and warned that if you do not perform within such a period the possibility of your name being listed as an irregular payer.
7. Did you receive any legal required by law registered mail from such a Company reprimanding you as a final notice to make payment before a specified date or not?
8. Were a summons issued and if not why not?
9. Were judgement taken against you and were you exposed to the execution of goods in the event of you not being able to pay the Company.


In the event of the above legal requirements not being adhered to, we can only make a statement that these unfair and unprofessional actions by such a Company are to say the least unreasonable and not having followed the legally required procedures, very irresponsible.

Do you have any idea what are reflected on your credit / adverse report kept by the Bad Credit Bureau or Company that you have dealt with? Did you explain the circumstances that led to this unfortunate situation or do you agree that it seems to be not a factor taken into consideration by any Company before taking such almost irreparable actions. 

The only downside information handed to you when you applied for credit was probably a ''Sorry'' not approved attitude
We believe it is probably the most humiliating and meaningless feedback given to any client. No explanation, no background information to explain such a report back.
Surely if you were afforded the slightest opportunity, and we have no doubt, that you would have been able to explain your temporary setback..

If only someone took the trouble to ask you at the time, I am positive that you would have been able to explain your situation, if they were at all interested in your explanation.

You know and we know why they were so friendly and accommodating when first approached and now treats you with a ''Next Please'' attitude.
