Eva O was
the lead Guitarist for the Goth band 'Christian Death', probably one of the
worlds best known and most popular Goth bands and later the lead singer for
Shadow Project. About three years ago, she went completely against what she was
doing and became, of all things, a Christian at which time she did another
Album, called Eva-O, Halo Experience, oddly enough with all the members of
Shadow Project and Christian Death (Rozz Williams, Paris, and the other guy I
never remember)(gosh, don't you hate run on sentences?).
Well, the way she fits into this story is that on Christmas Eve she was at a
Seraphim Shock concert up in Denver where she was spending the Holidays. Turns
out that the lead singer is a mutual friend of Hillary who also at the concert.
Eva was getting home sick for LA and Hillary just went up and started talking to
her. They got into talking about what bands they both liked.
Eva: "Have you
ever heard of Mortal?"
Hil: "You know of Mortal? I love Mortal!
Eva: "I
always wanted to see them in concert, but it's too late now because I hear they
broke up."
Hil: "Actually, they are still together. Their last show is in LA
on New Years. Me and some other guy are going down to see it."
Eva: "No way!
Can I go?"
Hil: "Ok."
Incidentally, Eva has awesome taste in music. Her favorite bands are (or
were):
Mortal, UnderMidnight, and her all time favorite, Saviour Machine.
