Heathers Poetry

Here is some of Heathers Poetry. Some are pretty dark.
Perhaps there may be some understanding in her words.
Wonders of a Worry

Shamed of yourself
Wish to turn time around
Too shamed to change the future
Too shamed to hold yourself together
Time keeps ticking
Turn around from the disaster of yesterday
Disaster of yesterday is too much to handle
Tomorrow ae the times of change
And if you let the wonders of a worry get you down
You may not be here tomorrow...

No Fear

I look at the grass
I see the trees
I can feel the cool sweet breeze.

Upon my return I will feel no sorrow
For if there was to be only a tomorrow.

Then I shall not cry
Or shed one single tear

For I will have no fear!

Victory

One scrape one bruise just another fight she would lose. The yelling the screaming the broken glass. The child couldn't win this match. He would pick her up and throw her against the dresser, the man so strong the child so limber. But she got justice he got thrown in jail all came out OK and all would prevail.

Pure of Heart

Was it the man who made her cry,
The tear that came from her eye,
Was it the evil that came within,
Or the pure of heart that prevailed,
Dying inside from the pain of the heart,
Like a knife cut so deep shall she depart,
It was the end of her life with one last,
Breath she died without a word to past.

Bitter Sweet

One heart two loves
Bitter yet sweet
Torn apart from her heart
The best of both worlds less the least
Of it all what to do what to say is there
Any way that someday her dreams will come true that she will be happy
she will find her true love.
