Casa de Angel is located 10-15 minutes from the Zocalo, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is architect designed and has modern conveniences in a traditional Mexican design. The two bedroom/two full baths rental apartment is fully furnished with full size beds, large wardrobes, and a modern kitchen with stove/oven, frost free refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. All rooms have window screens and cross ventilation which is not common in Mexico. There is a television with VHS and satellite TV and high speed wireless internet connectivity is available. There is secure parking in front. The English-speaking, on-site manager lives upstairs and is available for any needs or information on Oaxaca and the surrounding valley. Newcomers to Oaxaca are often tempted to live in the Historic Centro. I lived there two times. Problems which you may encounter include water shortages during the dry months, smaller apartments without cross ventilation or screens, demonstrations, pollution from city buses and noise from traffic and discos. Casa de Angel is close to Centro yet avoids these problems. It is three blocks from frequent city buses which cost 45 cents.	The guest bath also has a shower
