RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following are the Rules and Regulations for all attendees of One Magic Night 2008

1. You must have a ticket to attend! Everyone will be checked at the doors of all events that you have a wrist band, which all who have bought tickets will receive upon registration.

2. We are going to be in Sacramento, California the capital of California and only across the street from the capital building.  We ask that you set a good example for all Harry Potter fans and have respect towards everyone around you including yourself. 

3. Please follow all safety regulations in place by the Venue, those rules will be posted here soon.

4. If you are with young children PLEASE keep an eye on them. We will have event volunteers who will assist any children who have been separated from their parents, but if you keep an eye on them it is less of a headache for us.

5. Please reframe from running around the streets of Sacramento after 1am. It would be nice if you can stay in your hotel or the hotel of a friend as long as you are not causing any problems in there or outside. This does not mean to not have fun because you can still have fun just try not to be disrespectful to others needs.

6. This event is being put on by the Potter-Christ Alliance a fan group of Christian Harry Potter fans and there will be religious material provided as well as two religious services at the event and we ask that no matter your religion that you respect this material because we are respecting you. There will also be a debate/discussion at the event and we might have some  who oppose  Harry Potter at this part of the event and we ask that you respect their opinion. They will also be notified that they will be removed from our event if they are disrespectful of our views as Harry Potter fans.

The following are rules that must be followed or you will be removed from the event ASAP!

1. You MUST have your wristband on at all times to attend any event at One Magic Night. If your band falls off or something of that matter you can come to the registration table and you will only be given ONE more, but if you are not wearing a wrist band you will be removed from the event.

2. If you are over 21 and plan to consume alcoholic beverages please do out outside of the designated areas of One Magic Night. Also please drink responsibily. 

3.  If you are underage or giving alcohol to an underage guest you will be removed from the event and the Sacramento Police Department will be involved.

4. Anyone caught under the influence of drugs, using drugs, or providing drugs you will be removed from the even ASAP and the Sacramento Police Department will be involved. If you have any medication you must provide the prescription and your name must be the name on the prescription, but if it can be done it is best that you keep all medication in your hotel room.
