Fruit Quesadillas

#1 Combine room temperature cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on a flour tortilla. Top with sliced
grapes
and mozzarella cheese. Top with another flour tortilla. Grill for 3
minutes
per side OR place in a hot nonstick skillet for 3 minutes per side. Cut
into
wedges to serve.

#2 Same as above but substitute fresh sliced peaches for the grapes and
mozzarella.

I bet this would be good with thinly sliced granny smith apples and
cheddar cheese. or Bananas and dip in peanut butter.
