Life - Where Did It Go?
Ephraim's Diary
By Dawnita Carlson - Copyright @ 1986

Behold you will conceive and bring forth a son,
Be fruitful and multiply your seed by one.

Ephraim, my son, the offspring of your father,
You came forth a blessing of the womb of your mother.

I held you in my hands and marveled at your splendor,
As you lay there your little body so tender.

No life was present, only a clear fragile shell,
But Praise be to G-d, death could not prevail.

You abide upon an everlasting hill,
Testifying of hope in the Father's perfect will.

May He hold you to kiss and embrace,
As I bow down to the earth with my face.

With His right hand upon your head,
"May you be like Ephraim and Manasseh," He said.

Sharing the faith of Abraham and Isaac in G-d's promise to build a nation,
Therefore may you bear fruit of Yeshua/Jesus' resurrection.

For who can stand in the presence of Him,
And not be changed by the blood shed for sin.

Oh, L-rd, you are my treasure and there too is my heart,
I hold nothing back, not even this little part.

I give you my son,
Spirit, Soul and Body as one.

It was evening and morning one Day..
