LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ONEIL

TESTAMENT: Due to circumstances of health, spiritual and other reasons, it seems if God allows, which is obvious if you either are reading this or it takes effect, and I would have died in the streets. If reading this and some of the things pertaining to the future concerning me probably didn’t come to pass, because of the shorted lived life, it isn’t an hindrance to prophecy or hope. I say some, mostly personal, concerning RA, and many PIGS, those things especially are true and the more than obvious the reason I’m and poverty stricken, yet they are rich, the 60 are rich, the Lees are rich, the blues are rich and everybody has. I guess this must characterize service. In the last five years I’ve over dedicated my life to the word and ministries, it has yield more than expected, blossom into a global outreach and no other single-manned ministry (LIM) has impacted this world so much as this – the books written, articles, tracts, much literature and much personal witness is only what can be seen and the greater part go unnoticed. Much stuff tackled, especially in the latter days, that most ministers wouldn’t, in fear of being ridiculed as a mad men; and probably driven to the brink as attempted overtly with me and the outward would dictate that to the natural eyes. Yet I go down knowing right well that I’ve been a force to reckoned with to and his angels and all enemies of God, not to boast but as the Apostle Paul also speaks – me probably the single most ordinary man to be, to ’s kingdom, not counting Christ.
Upon , refuse to attempt to resuscitate me, as if God wanted me alive what is to refuse. I’m not to be buried or held over in any container of any sort, in any state for any period of time. An is not be performed, as I was slowly murdered only evidential through civil vicissitudes; this by RA, the PIGS, their ungodly creation, and his angels cannot be accounted for in earthly medical accounts. The same day I die is the same day my body is to be burnt and ashes widely disposed of separately. NO FUNERAL OR SERVICE WHATSOEVER, let the go bury the . Though if dying poor, I should have at least $100.00 in my socks in my shoe for cremation; if needed, please proceed and someone will repay, plus some funds in a few bank accounts or other such assets, etc. Money or other means shouldn’t hinder same day cremation and no authority (police, otherwise) can hinder the wishes of a dead man. I have no family to contact or leave anything to, neither living long enough to marry God’s choice of wife and having two children; no justification for for God can do all by himself, if he wanted to. Though I’ve reached hitherto, to the hopefuls, the Lord is not slack concerning his promises; and nonetheless, I’ve finished my course and ended my race. God bless and thank you all.

EXTRA NOTE & NOT NECESSARILY APART OF THE WILL, BUT
INHERENTLY THERE:
If America ceases to exist, the above Will should be forwarded &
applicable to the nearest republic that fosters such freedom; Canada a good
example but can cease to exist also if America ceases to exist; a good visual
aid is the film “The Day After Tomorrow.” So other countries in the rest of
the world this Will should be forwarded to are those
that have similar constituted freedoms that can fulfill the wishes; there
should be many such countries, as the world becomes democratic. The Will is International.
As cited, ‘blues are rich’, but the cause for lack & prevention from gain
of them is the head blue (Shepard Bull), affectionately called EA for eagle &
probably named Bel. If he compromises, does
& withholds, then as a ‘seraphim’ on a network of blues, they too will do

name/organization. Such promoters must not be the evils mentioned in the
Testament & Will above, even those excluded from benefits of the will,
and also any evil, known or unknown and especially those that violently
fought against me or did wrong, who would only seek to gain from and pollute
the works, goodwill & heritage left. The books are still to be distributed
as per the notices in them though in addition to the former sentence, with
such notices applicable to all literature (text, images, audio or video)
outputted by me. Those organizations /persons named or anyone at
all that deem themselves inherently as beneficiaries or trustees of the Will can
file form 706 with the IRS to take part in any stream of monies/benefits, but
not limited to one person/organization but as many such can file form 706 or
such similar form in another country if N. America ceases to be & the
benefits split evenly to all those beneficiaries that are overtly
beneficiaries as outlined in the Will, from 1 to 1000 or more trustees/beneficiaries.
Such filing organization should foster such unlimited number of beneficiaries
if not already apart of the filing process; even as a special request of the
decease of the Will. I said, “the US IRS is to be given 5% if
….,” this also applies to any similar gov. organization in another country if

The reason this was brought up or I make it now public, which was the case that created the thesis and book “Student Manifesto,” is to show the attempts of creating patterns to later undermine me, possibly with things I don’t know, because of who I aspire to be and am. As such and as stated in the Student Manifesto given with these letters to all governmental leaders at the school, is that “Fallen Angel” activities are at work. If in this embryonic stage and means little as just eroding an individual, then it means it was a role piece for gathered pattern materials for future undermining, which such false gathered patterns possibly went on after school and to this point. From these letters, it is clear that such undermining patterns was obviously purposely attempted, as in planting evidence, as if scripted in the individual (Goldberg); for instance, stating charges to me of a time when I was not there or even enrolled and such other loop holes in all the charges. Such seems simple in the embryonic stage, but if an individual was to per say run for President, such records be brought up, true or false, to undermine him; likewise, under haste not reading the questions but just clicking the dots to finish a seemingly unnecessary questionnaire to a online job application by Gallup would be later used to judge the person based on the answers. As a human, this intent of the MVG was foreseen or predicted, yet no matriculation thus far, still have it in mind as written in sections in those letters below:

Another section: I know, I’ve been *“Mole-ified” for pass things and possible things to come, if God be willing, you might see why.
Another section:* Asterisk denotes, “Mole-ified”, generically used
by me from the word Mole, colloquially meaning an undercover agent of a
sinister regime. Ludicrous huh? Example, the communist party sent moles in
certain areas of government. Moles are key because they are inside, especially
for long periods, hence trusted and can alter change or enact bureaucracy for
the said regime they secretly belong to. In my case, put there to stop certain
things I’m graced to do and progress in, to also “steal” that line for the
regime he belongs to or work for. “Steal line” refers to suckery, briefly mentioned in Part
1, Section 14 of the Student Manifesto; and also to smear my creditability and
further keep me from knowing my true self with failures and depressive tactics,
to remain a continued source of suckry (producing many lines) for that said
regime. This is only a small portion of what was intended to smear my outlook
as a Christian author; it was far greater and malevolent and probably not done,
not that I can “far see” as these beings but as a saint we are gifted to “see
in part” (I Cor 13). Such maneuvering can never be detected by humans and can
be even planned, forced into from birth, as mentioned in the footnote of the
first response letter in Episode 1 page 4, given to the first accusations.
Also, by virtue of the “being’s” ability, he/they can know the exact contents
of my response letters before they are written by me and can attempt to counter
them before it is even written; with other set-ups and “forced into things.” As
said, only God can deliver such. I beg not to go further, because anything can
and maybe used against me. I beg not to go further in the immense planning this
event is to culminate to the ultimate demise of my self, aims, name, intended
exploits and mind. It should be obvious from letter 1 that I was “Mole-ified,”
as when I became new to the system, a freshman, I was reprimanded and threaten with
suspension, given a one-year probation from the said Mr. Goldberg; seem happy
that I’ve arrived and his role must now be carried out. But to bolster over the
fact and tight it into my ultimate demise, other events were planned, executed
and might play in later at other created “arraign.” For instance, at the same
time as a freshman I was battered with destitution, melancholy and afflicted
through my car, to which I had to sell for little or nothing; such battering
would have caused “a brother to end his life, but thank God I’m not like that.”
But it didn’t stop there with the car, I got some mail saying I have a ticket
of around $18 to $50, cheap then, but I’d refuse to pay it because how comes I
got a ticket for a car I sold and not running for a while, so I’d challenge it
to the courts or it reverted to that by default. Somehow I didn’t get the
letter to show up in court or for anything, the next thing I know I got a
letter of suspension of license, “saying failure to show up in court.” But
wait, look when I got it. On the day when my license was suspended I borrowed a
car to attend a church service in Palm Beach, one of the few times since my car
was sold and only a handful I’ve ever driven since selling my car. On that
night I was at the stoplight and waiting for it to turn green, then suddenly
someone rammed in my back. The cops came etc. During the ordeal of questions,
interrogations and waiting I was just singing psalms for no reason, the cop
took my license ran it and was often stunned in his car, he filed the report,
the man took the blame and claim he skidded because the road is wet. We
departed. It’s only days later, late, I realized my license was suspended on
that day by a letter in the mail. According to how it was planned, my license
should have been revoked because of driving with a suspended license, and the
cop even ran it and nothing. Thank God! Since that time period I’ve never
driven a car again, nearly 3 years, given up driving since then; the often
result and intension of such interplay. I didn’t even get the license
reinstated until the other day filling some immigration papers, never thought
I’d use it again. But the latter procedures also cause me to realize the intent
was more than meet the eyes. I couldn’t be bothered with their tactics, as was
often the stance, except this be the first time speaking out. Other
complication followed to bolster over a pattern of delinquent behavior. At the
same time last year when the first letter was received from Mr. Goldberg, at a
peaceful vacant library, serious complications began to manifest, again flawed
with things like banned from using thumb disk and a letter, but now can and
others have since been using it before that time. Those complications ceased
after winning the first case. The next time library complication occurred was
the same time this second letter came from Mr. Goldberg, obvious patterns, even
though these things are obviously flawed; and most times with the same
“person,” which cannot be explained except I end up in the mental institution
or deemed unfit for earthly vicissitude. All to stop this man, to control him,
to steal from him, to prevent citizenship, to steer him in their pre-planned
way, to stop his progression and countless other malevolent things for their ^suckry
and control programs. It is only by God’s grace why I haven’t gone insane,
though by this you probably deem me so already, and though their tactic would
make it seem so (channeled rude odors, stealing/prevention of funds, poverty,
blocked from receiving jobs, unexplained sickness, awkward decorum, things I
can’t even mention, etc.). God is simply good! Thanks to those who see it so.
Sad to say, sometime such undertakings are near kin (Matt 10:16).

It is only today I see why such or any such as much gotten as possible was needed by this individual or the group or person (scripter) he belongs to; which if familiar with the terms, someone of Satan-EA (or “Erno Rubik” or Ra or possibly Ab) to cause future shame and undermining if propel to do and be the things they foresee, as angels. As in publications, especially with details of them therein or undermine a true witness of who I be or what office I might hold. Again, this be pass understanding to the human mind, with using terms such angels or fallen angels. Sadly, most humans are unaware that the fabric of our society is weaved with a multitude of angles as humans, even so, some to seemingly offset the evil intended at us.
So, this was made public if from thence or anything later or similar to thence matriculate, I had told you so or you know why and such is not true but FALSE; meant to undermine me to undermine my work and cause. Moreover, Mr. Goldberg himself seems an angel or Big Bug and seems on scripts as well, which with near bodily relations and failing in attempts (even with the dismissal not needing to go to a school hearing by the his boss [R.Cabello] but the letters was sufficient and all the charges and accusations are already in them) his unsaid sentiments towards me was coined in the title of a film, “I’m Gonna Get You Sucker,” which indicated future attempts or struggles from him as is or as angels/Big Bugs are, in morphed self or if on a seraphim network, several selves – the same sentiment being echoed by his scripter or seraphim network admin or head. Once again, as sent from my head (God), “no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that rise against you in judgment thou shall condemn” (paraphrase).
