Personal Goal: To be a good coach that gets things done for the team, and to be respected.
Team Goal: For the team to do the best I know they can do. I am confident that they will bring home some trophies so that the school will recognize them as hard working athletes.
I love coaching, it's just a little more difficult than you expect it to be. I love my team and want them to succeed so I just hope that I am living up to their expectations. |
