Laniya Ashley Leslee Antone aka .. LALA aka our lil Algoneida

This pregnancy was totally different from the girls ... this one I got huge right off the hop... we were scared it was twins again.. I thought I might have been the freak who popped out twins each time.. lol.. but im juss a freak instead.  Well we found out I was pregnant beginning of January , this pregnancy went by really fast or so it seems... I can remember the first ultrasound (pic later on) and thinking wow this gonna take forever it was sooo small.. and only one!!  Well time went real fast and in no time we were in and out of the hospital at the end of the pregnancy just because things were happening and I thought it was labour... man was I wrong.. those lil pains were nothing compared to the real thing.. you see with the girls I didnt have to feel that .. I was on bedrest for them and had c-section... well this one... I was in and out of hospital for 2 weeks with false labour.. then finally got induced after practically begging the doctor to put me in.. I was due August 21.. and figured I woulda had her at least 1 week early.. but noooooooooo we had to wait as I was 5 days overdue.. you know how that felt.. felt more like 5 months overdue.. I was big as a house... I thought she would comeout walking.. lol

Anywayz.. on the 25th I went into the hospital for a check up and they inserted cervixdil to induce my labour... well I never thought it would actually work.. sooo my mom and I went shopping at Walmart .. things felt weird and I was contracting but that was normal for past 2 weeks .. so I thought nothing of it... so that night we got home .. John went to work... me and girls got ourselfs some good ole McDonalds then I got online and went into the Pregnancy Chat room... when all of sudden I felt a lil gush... first thing I thought was.. OH I better get up off this chair I'm probably peeing myself again ( few days b4 that I went into hospital cuz I thought my water was leaking and it wasnt.. sooo I guess I pissed myself .. I dunno ) so I stood up.. still in chat I should let you know.. when I stood up I felt more gush... I typed.. hey folks.. I think my water broke or else I'm peeing a hella alot over here... everyone said.. GO TO HOSPITAL... but noooo I got up.. went upstairs.. had to check to see if I was peeing or something else.. as I walked up the stairs I gushed more... YUCKY... when I went into the bathroom I had found out yes it was probably my waters breaking and the insert for inducement came out.. yucky.. OMG what did I do... lol.. So I got back on my yahoo messanger and talked to my mom.. saying.. OK i think this is it... call out the people.. lol.. just before my water breaking I had talked to John and he said he was leaving shortly from work on his way home... whatta surprise that was... So I went back upstairs.. washed myself up.. couldnt go in like that in case I was peeing I didnt want to go in smelling of piss..  lol.. well my mom and aunt maxine arrived I got my bag all ready.. gave girls a hug and kiss told them I was going to hospital again.. by this time they were use to me going in and out of hospital and coming home with no baby... about 11:30 we decided we would go wait outside for John... as I am walking out with my bag he comes driving up.. I said.. OK im ready.. Water broke.. this is it... lol.. on the way to the hospital we went.. I think John was more scared then he let on.. but hey I would be scared too if I was him.. lol.. didnt know what he was in for.  About 1 am.. my contractions were pretty strong about 2 minutes apart and getting stronger... so I asked for an epidural to help ease the pain.. man did that ever relieve the pain.. couldnt even lift my damn leg.. lol.. So they gave me the epidural and that was coooool.. my mom and John sat and waited it out with me... I wasnt really dialating too much .. about 5 am they decided to move me into a birthing room and ease up on my epidural as they put too much in and i was totally frozen.. well damn if that didnt hurt .. lol.. what i never realized is that I was pushing all the time I was frozen... I felt pressure and it felt better to push.. I had no clue I was pushing baby down in the process... So they moved us into the birthing room and I continued to labour.. contractions coming about every minute apart by then... OMG that hurt.. I was freezing.. I was hurting.. my back hurt.. Oweeeeeee... about 9am they checked me again and I was fully dialated and baby was right there... so they told me to stop pushing.. lol Hellooooo why .. it felt better to push... why stop now... that was hella experience thats for sure... My Mom and John at my side helping me push through it.. I was trying to give up but they wouldnt let me.. lol.. hey i decided last minute it was okay for her to stay inside longer.. was fine with me... at 9:26 am Laniya Ashley Leslee Antone came into this world into her daddys arms.. she was 8lbs 7 oz and 18 inches long... she has grey/blue eyes.. had them at birth and still has those colour eyes... she looks like her Daddy and his mom.  I never got to hold on to her for about an hour after she was born cuz of some complications I had after delivering but she was in good arms with her dad and gramma.  *sniffle* still remember that day like it was yesterday...

Today she is 9 weeks old and weighs approximately 12 lbs.. she is a chubby lil baby.. cute squeezeable cheeks.. still looks like daddy.. and takes on looks of her sisters.  We say that the girls are my Mini Me's and Laniya is Johns Mini Me.. Anyhoooo thats her birthing story in a nutshell... .. OH OH OH .. ya the stories you hear about Dad passing out during delivery... Not this daddy... he only got a bloody nose.. i guess his blood pressure got a lil high during the whole thing.. lol.. ( sorry hun had to mention it.. )

We love the girls so much they are so precious to us... I cant imagine my life with the girls and John, having Laniya juss added to the love of our family. Just cant seem to put it into words how much they all mean to me. *sniffle*
