As can be seen from these pictures, the age-range of children attending One Family is very wide.

Name: Abraham
Age: 16 years

Abraham attends the project every day.  He has been on the streets for a long time, and is well respected by the younger boys.  He often helps out the teachers, and is a very eager student.

These pictures are taken in the main classroom at One Family.  As well as the children, you can see two of the teachers, who work at the school as volunteers.

Age: 12 years


Evans came to One Family for about three months.  He has now left to sell ice-cream in town.  He is the only one supporting his family.

There is not much furniture at the school as the project is very new and there is little money to spend.  There are plans to buy more desks and blackboards for the other two classrooms at the school.
