Our Mission�to connect young professionals with one another in various facets of life and fully engage them in the current climate and future direction of the City of Saint Paul.
Who is CHAD�CHAD stands for Come Have A Drink and the concept is as simple as the acronym. Every Friday we pick a different bar in Saint Paul, send out an invitation, and get together to meet new people, catch up with old friends and support local Saint Paul establishments. The events start at 6pm and go until the last people leave. This is not a singles group or a professional development program. You don't have to drink alcohol and you don't have to come every Friday. CHAD represents an opportunity for young professionals in the Twin Cities to get together to support and promote Saint Paul businesses, while growing and enhancing their network, both personally and professionally.

Where are our attendees coming from� 50% of attendees come from Saint Paul, with Minneapolis, Shoreview, Woodbury and Apple Valley representing the highest number of attendees.
What industries do they represent� CHAD represents a wide variety of industries on any given Friday, but statistics show that the industries with the highest representation are financial services, legal, non profit, media, and marketing.

Why, CHAD?
It started as GEOFF, or Get Everyone Out For Friday Fun. GEOFF lasted a little while but then we changed it to EVAN, or Entertainment Via Alcohol & Networking. EVAN lasted for a little while, too, until we opened it up to the attendees to vote. The winner was CHAD. Simple, yet, refined--it is the essence of our group.
CHAD Cares:
CHAD Cares is the Volunteer Program of the CHAD social networking group. A committee plans volunteer opportunities for members of CHAD to participate in within the community. CHAD believes strongly in giving back to the community through volunteering.
