FRANCE- Part I
Ok. So France. France is definitely a different sort of place from Canada. Baguette. Baguette is so good. I really am missing the baguette and nutella for breakfast and then baguette sandwiches for lunch. They were so good. It does start to hurt the roof of your mouth after a while, before you get used to it. But yes. Very good stuff. And the coolest thing, people totally just walk down the street with baguettes in their hand. Walking along the street holding a baguette. All the time, everywhere. These long, bread- things. Definitely a lot of opportunity for baguette-lightsaber duels. And apparently having a baguette sticking out of your backpack (knapsack, knackpack, backsack, knapknack) is a very french thing to do. I walked down the street (Champs-Elysee in fact) with a baguette sticking out of my backpack, but then it broke. And rolled onto the street in front of a car and I dived for it and almost got run over but there was a little dog that jumped out into the street and started chewing on my pant-leg and the car stopped for the dog. No. I'm kidding. There were lots of little dogs though. Little dogs everywhere. So many little poodles! And... other kinds of little dogs. Definitely lots of little floofy dogs. Very cute.
