It has been away at the shop now for nearly 2 months, and I have given up hope of having it by the 4th of July weekend. But, here are some of the goodies that I bought for the rebuild:



SA Gear True roller double roller timing chain




Holley 850 Double Pumper with a K&N carb stack and one inch spacer!




Keith Black KB347 .085 dome pistons

August 30, 2005.

Here are a few new pictures of the motor. Now the heads, intake, carb, valve covers, fluid harmonic balancer and waterpump are all installed:




Almost finished. Now that's a beautiful sight!



This purple monster should make 500+HP!



I kept the old Mickey Thompson valve covers, but they will get polished.
