Diff Breathers for your Toyota
Diff breathers for your Toyota truck are only an hour and 20-30 dollars away. I have found from many other Toyota owners that the Nissan Diff breathers are designed so that you can slide tubing over them, unlike our stock Diff breathers which have a cap on then and can suck in water easily.
What you need :
- 2 Nissan Diff Breathers  Part # (38323-C6010) -
- 7/32" Vacumn Hose (20ft) -
- Hose Clamps about 10 -
- 1 or 2 Fuel Filters -
- 1 tri connecter for Vacumn hoses -

1. Obtain all the parts you need and the appropriate length of hose for your truck. Also take into account a suspension lift and amount of flex. And it is your choice if you want to install 1 or 2 fuel filters on your truck. I personally used one fuel filter that was placed in my engine compartment.
2. Start off by unscrewing your current diff breathers and inserting the Nissan parts. Once this is one determine where you want to put the tri vacumn tube connector. I put mine above my front passenger frame rail.
3.  Now it is time to connect the hoses with the front and rear breathers, and be sure to use the hose claps to ensure a snug fit. Then determine how much hose you need to connect to the tri connector and run it as high as you can, and in a safe place so it wont get crushed. Be sure to use your zip ties so the hoses dont slip out of place when in a water crossing.
4. Once the front and rear hoses are in place its time to run the filter hose. It is your decision for where to put the filter, and if you even want one. Just be sure to secure it in a place where its hard for mud and water to get into and sit. Such as flipping it upside down so that water cannot settle in the tubes. Be sure to clamp the hose at the filter and at the tri connecter for a water tight seal.
I havent been able to try out my breathers yet, but my time is coming in a few weeks. I have heard from many others of their satisfaction and water-proof diffs. I hope you enjoy your breathers, and I pray for safe wheeling and good friends.
