ONCE OAKLAND SOFTBALL                                                        

     Its' that time of year again and our softball team is holding it's 7th annual CINCO DE MAYO softball tournament to be held May 1st and 2nd 2004.   We are asking for your help with donations this year for the amount of  $100.00.  These donations will help pay for our expenses such as; ball diamonds, umpire fees, trophies,etc. 

I would like to tell you how the money will be used from the tournament.  Our team has been able to provide assistance to our Topeka community and adopt families at Christmas time.  We also use some money to help with our team expenses during the season. 

As a sponsor of our tournament we will put your business name on the back of our tournament T-shirt that will be sold and given to the first place teams.

This is how we can advertise your business for one full year and if you have a web-site we will be able to link it to ours upon your request.  Also, if you have a company banner that we can display on the fences during the tournament, we will be happy to display them.  ( note:  these banners can be returned upon request.)
