| So you've just driven into St Thomas via #3 Talbot, you approach a lovely hill "Sandy Mount Hill" and lo and behold on your right you see, a big grey elephant butt staring you right in the eye. Hmm, you may think to yourself, what could this possibly say about St Thomas? Yes, St Thomas moons you first and then it welcomes you with a pleasant green sign "Welcome to St Thomas" | ||||||||||||||||||||

| Like most Downtown core area's there are constantly businesses that are both established and the run of the mill entrepreneur's stab at success, some buildings have a huge turn over rate where Businesses are constantly moving in and out as opposed to the more established. I will mostly feature the established business and give a quick bio of each. ** Behind the Elephant butt: there was actually a committee put in place to decide where and how to place Jumbo, and apparently it is more Feng Shui to place your elephants facing east. I find it a tad rude to moon travellers but the whole situation still brings a smile to my childish face. |
