"When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it ... always." - Mahatma Gandhi
Do not forget to dream of me
As I lay buried under this shrine of rubble
I think with my last breaths, my last thoughts
If I could but see the sky once more
Breathe that air above
Between last gasps I hear death gently take my hand
The sound of falling is no more
That vertigo as my soul plummeted earthwards
Broken like the hearts I loved left behind
Would I forgive the sins of my killers
Perhaps yes,

So as my blood washes the angels tears from the ground
My flesh torn from my frame
I grieve
Not for myself but for the living
They who live on to bear the burden of my death
As I fell from near heaven I grasped desperate at life
I saw angels cry for me
They wept in silent tears for the souls they gathered
Now I see with different eyes
I see a World in shock
A World that grieves for me
Kiss me one last time as I say a silent farewell

Cast the flowers of my remembrance upon the river of tears
Whisper your prayer to your self
I am gone but never shall you forget me now
For in the settling dust my memories live
In the hearts of others I and others live on
Cries of vengeance will not bring us back
We are gone, live for us
Live so that others may live and think of us
Forgive the sinners their sins
Lest you too like innocence die this day
