| In January 2000, Daniel Oberley began the Grim Organist Project..... Almost a year later, Grimmy became the Living Dead come to life.... And he plays a mean pipe organ too! |

| I'm scared to close my eyes... I'm scared to open them.... I'm going to DIE OUT HERE!! Oh, wait, I'm already dead! Never mind. |

| Grimmy is an animatronic. He has servos that move his head left/right and up/down and one that opens and closes his jaw. Also his hands move up and down on the keyboard; they are powered by a rotating motor/cam system I built. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This is the organ I found through the newspaper. It cost $50 And it still works! I'm using the line-in input to play the organ music from a tape recorder to give the illusion that the Grim Reaper is actually playing the songs. |

| This is my original drawing of "The Plan" I had dreamed up for the organ. This was drawn before I ever thought out how to make it. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
