Having an unknown meaning.
So delicate
A strong touch
Can bruise it.

Red rose

Can be snapped and broken
In an instant.
But it causes happiness
And adds to Life's joys.

Red rose--
A sign for love.

Love.

Also has the little thorns
That cause little pains.
But also has that luscious color
That overflows.

Red.

Blood red of the heart.
Red tint of the color
In the cheeks of the admirer.
Red like fire
Burning strongly
With heat and intensity.

But, unlike love,
The rose soon deteriorates
And fades away.

Love
Is for forever.
