I follow a structured professional process to ensure that every client receives personalized, goal-oriented support.
The process begins when a referral is received via our website forms or email. I will reach out for an initial phone consultation to discuss your specific NDIS goals and mobility needs.
Once we decide to move forward, we establish a formal Service Agreement. This document outlines the supports provided, the NDIS funding details, and our shared responsibilities.
I conduct a functional assessment in your local environment. This helps us understand your current travel skills and identify the specific "Orientation and Mobility" milestones you want to achieve.
This is the core of the service. We work together on-site—whether at home, school, or in the community—practicing techniques such as cane use, route memorization, or using assistive technology.
We regularly review your progress. At the end of a training block, I provide detailed reports for your NDIS plan review to document your achievements and recommend future supports.
