Proposal
Submission for the 2004 Pick-6 Season
· Those
who wish to submit a proposal for the 2004 season may not do so until the
checkered flag falls on the last Winston Cup race of the 2003 season.
- The proposal must be given to me in writing and in its final
version as you would like it to be voted upon at the meeting.
- If your proposal involves changes in the structure of the Pick-6
and charts or graphs would be helpful to understand the full effect of the
changes your proposal would have to the Pick-6. Please provide them with your submission. If you need help creating these, I may
be able to help you.
- Each submission will be posted to the web site as it was given to
me along with links to any graphs or charts that may help to understand
the proposal. I will also post the
team name, the real name, and the e-mail address of the person who
submitted the proposal so that the issues of the proposal can be discussed
well before the meeting. As
before, even those who are not currently involved in the Pick-6 can submit
proposals.
- If I can find a forum or chat room in which to discuss each of the
proposals I will set one up.
Otherwise, discussion about each of the proposals will have to take
place via e-mail. Any changes to a
submitted proposal can only be made by the person who submitted the
proposal. I will notify all on the
Pick-6 mailing list if any changes or deletions are made to the proposals.
- Discussion of each proposal will be allowed up until the
meeting. During the meeting, one
last chance will be provided for verbal discussion of each proposal. When the discussion has finished, it
will be closed and the vote will be taken. Voting power will remain the same as in previous years.
- Further changes may may be added to this issue in the future.
