Artaunga, Seichi's kind caring and nuturing younger brother, after their father died sealing away Scourge he passed on his powers to Artaunga and not Seichi, this is also helped lead Seichi down the road to corruption, the mark on Artaunga's forehead is where the Heaven Splitter, his father's sacred blade, is stored, after Seichi frees Scourge Artaugna fights Scourge until they both die, Seichi pleads with his brother for the power and blade but Artaunga says he will take it with him, for as long as someone truly believes in him he won't die, just then he hears a prayer from a mother who has just given birth to a still born, pleading for anyone anywhere to bring her baby back to life, this poor child was born without a soul, something that can happen in omnifors, Artaunga goes to the mother and child and plants himself within the newborn, bringing it back to life and changing history forever
