Shii as she is seen without the illusion, at first her body is terribly wounded as shown, but as the story progresses and she gains more human emotions her body begins to heal itself, the reason her body looks like that is because Shii does not have a full soul as she is only a fragment of Arros' real sister Vionne, and as such Shii cannot nuture a human body and as such she is an undead doll, the drawing depicts Shii reaching out to Arros blaming him for what he did to her and asking why he didn't love his little sister, the hole in her chest is from where Arros under Consumptions control ripped out his sister's heart and part of her soul, the wound on her side as well as the missing portion of one of her arms is due to Consumption devouring her pure flesh, Also note that Seichi called forth Shii's body from an alternate universe where Vionne was infact killed and partially devoured, in the story's main timeline however Artaunga's powers prevented Arros from eatting Vionne and also helped to save Vionne's life after her soul was torn apart, and also of note Houkura is the first to notice something odd about Shii and tries to convince everyone that Shii is evil but due to the strong illusions Shii controls Houkura fails ^^;;
