Procedure:

Sit on the floor in a close circle.  A player begins the game by repeating a word over and over.  The rest of the players take up the chant.  Use your natural voice; avoid droning.  Continue chanting the word, all the players in unison.  Let yourself get into the rhythm of the chant.   As the chant goes on, you will find that the original word has begun to alter, though the players are still repeating in unison.  Do not try to maintain the original word.  Do not even try to keep the word sensible.  It will probably become a nonsense sound.  At the same time, do not purposely alter the sound of the word.  Just continue the chant, letting the sounds emerge and develop as they will.  Your object is to simply remain in unison and see what will become of the original word.
