Did you know?

Before the dinosaurs, there were Sea Monster. Fossil records indicate that Sea Monster evolved over 220 million years ago during the Devonian period and have remained relatively unchanged in external morphology. By comparison, dinosaurs date back only about 65 million years...just 'youngsters" in terms of geologic time.

Sea Monster have a relatively short lifespan of 20 to 60 days and grow quickly to their adult length of 1-3 inches. How large a Sea Monster grows depends on the amount of light and food it receives. After hatching, Sea Monster often double in size daily because they are omnivores (they eat anything organic!). Sea Monster are also cannibals, which when food dwindles, will devour smaller Sea Monster.
