Chicken Pumpkin Soup
- 6 Chicken Drumsticks skinned
1 onion chopped finely
3-4 Potatoes
3-4 Carrots
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups cabbage
chicken stock
1 Packet Vegetable soup
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 cups brocolli
2 cups celery
salt/pepper
Basically I throw it all in a Crock Pot fill it with water and set it to autoshift for about 5-6hours.
Otherwise boil the chicken and onion in water and then add everything else except the broccoli and simmer it all day long. Obviously add the broccoli in the last hour of cooking.
As Annabelle saya "Meeeyum".
Bananas & Strawberries
- 2 sliced up bananas
- 1 punnet of strawberries cut in halves
Heat up a frying pan and put the bananas and strawberries in and fry for about 3-4 minutes. No oil. Thats it! Or mocrowave them for about 4-5 minutes.
Cooked Fruit Salad/Potatoes/Fried Eggs/Onions, Garlic and Mushrooms (My Breakfast)
- Oranges diced (not to small)
- Strawberries copped in halves
- apples diced
- red seedless grapes as they are
- passionfruit pulp(fresh)
- rockmelon diced
- watermelon diced
- pineapple diced
- frozen or fresh raspberries
- frozen or fresh blueberries
- ~*any other fruit you like*~
Fill a breakfast bowl with it and add some fresh bananas and cook in the microwave for about 4 minutes.
Potatoes
Buy yourself a microwavable potato cooker and cook a potato for about 4 mintues for a big one. When its done slice it and put on some tomato paste instead of sauce.
Fried Eggs
Must have a non stick pan for this. Fry 2-3 eggs. 2 minutes one side. 2 minutes the other. Sloppy is yum.
Onions/Garlic/Mushrooms (DO IT JODIE ITS YUM... JUST TRY IT!!)
DO NOT USE BUTTER OR OIL OR WHATEVER TO COOK THESE THINGS IN! YOU'LL DIE! MWUHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!
In a fry pan throw in some sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cover with a big lid so it steams up and goes all soft. If its uncovered its not as nice. Steam it until it looks good. You might like to add a bit of water in it.
Serve all of this together on two plates if you have to and eat up. You wont be hungry for a long time! I usually have this for breakfast if Im not sleeping and I have it at tea time but with yummy fillet steak or rump or whatever Ihaka cooks up on the bbq. :)
Jodie one of these days you will get the schnitzel sauce recipe and the lasagna one! :)
Check back for more yummy things later wont you
