SEREMBAN BALLET ACADEMY
WHY BALLET?
Why learn ballet? Is it worth to "invest" my child in this field?
This question is often asked by the parents.
It helps to stimulate a child's brain by exercising the body movement.
Ballet training also improve body posture.
It is a good hobby for children development.
You need not be a ballet professional but you will never regret when you grow up. It is something that you will always treasure.

Amy Ang Ee Ming Choreographer At the age of 9, I started my dancing career under the tutelage Madam Lynn Abdullah. Ballet dancing is a form of expressing my inner feelings and it gives me a sense of "freedom". A strong desire to dance the modern ballet from tradition and to use classical technique towards greater synthesis of dance led me on to choreograph the "Nina Pony" Dance.

"Nina Pony" is a song from Dick Lee's "Asiamajor"
album and it gives me the idea about my childhood games. The dancers I
have assembled are great and have brought back a few memories.
I would like to thank my Mum and Dad who encouraged me to take up ballet classes. If not, I would not be able to experience my wonderful life and understand how I feel when I am dancing ballet. I also wish to thank my present teacher Miss Wong Yit Fook and I will never forget all that she had taught me and which I greatly appreciate. I have passed my Imperial Society Teachers of dancing Intermediate and Royal Academy of Dancing Elementary Examinations. |

Denise Antoinette Egbert From a young age I had always been fascinated by ballet dances and the Seremban Ballet Academy provided me the opportunity to realize this at the age of 8. Excelling at ballet has always been my ambition and dream. I am very fortune to have a ballet teacher like Miss Wong Yit Fook to teach and support me in my ambition. |
.Miss Wong is
stern but makes learning and practice very enjoyable. We are not taught
and trained just to excel in examination but to enjoy and at the same time
to do well in all the examinations. With such a teacher it is little
wonder that given the little time that I have, I have done creditably in
all the examinations that I have set for and shown below:
