Win Ghazghul'z Mob! (Letum) Orc 3-2 1-7 48k 100k This was a frustrating game. We won, but only because Letum was busy using his players to assist fouls instead of trying to keep me from scoring. #2 is mng, #10 got mvp and a skill... and was killed. No other skills. FF went up. We made 100k this game from 'Will' but only have 20k left after replacing #10 and paying 40k for Letums apo.
Tie Elohim Acharim (Fork) Dark Elf 1-1 3-1 55k 40k This was a very good game, It was tense all the way through. We both scored in the first, but the second was a jumble of interceptions and failed rolls... we nearly scored when #12 intercepted a pass, and handed off to 8 who ran for the endzone... sadly he was cut off and #1 failed the RS roll to free him up. That gave Fork a chance to score... thankfully he failed a handoff, leaving us with another, albiet nearly impossible chance to score. #4 successfully dodged but failed a pu roll, ending the game. #8 got Catch(payed 20k for a useless magic playbook), FF stays, we bought another goblin, no MNG's or dead. Great game Fork!
Loss Oaken Avengers (Nosferatu) Wood Elves 1-2 1-2 64k 100k Fun game, but bad for the goblins. Nos played Press Gang in the beginning, didnt even ask for a bribe... They took #1 and forced him into slavery and we wont be able to get him back till after next game. As usual we couldnt break our opponents (wood elves) armor and only caused 1 bh, 1 ko the entire game. We also failed, as usual, almost all important rolls whereas my opponent, as usual, succeeded in many important rolls and failed very few. My #11 caught a very lucky bounce late in the second and handed off to #10 who easily scored our only touchdown. Then my #13 almost made a miracle play second half which would have tied the game, dodging 3 times picking up the ball in 2 tz's and passing to my open orc, who was in range of the endzone... and he failed the 3+ to catch it. #10 rolled a double skill roll and took Block, and we made 100k so im happy. We bought a beastman and goblin with the money. FF stays, but goes down because of the ally. Good game Nos, and I will get you for that troll!
Win The Z Force (Vecna) High Elves 4-2 2-0 59k 40k This was a great game for us, but a TERRIBLE game for Vecna.. his poor elves got devastated. Only 2 injuries the entire game, both his, both -ma, and my apo failed on the second one. Our passing games were completely opposite, our passes were always true right into our catchers arms, but he failed more then he succeeded. He also DOUBLE failed Labbats flying fist on my ball carrying orc in the first... pow/skull pow/skull skull rerolled to skull skull push i believe. In the beginning of the second we made our third amazing play, pushing our way thru his line and passing to score. Immediately after that, someone in the audience (we suspect a dwarf) threw a rock, which hit one of his linemen in the leg, snapping it in half. After scoring again (4-1) The goblins took pity on the elves, holding back the trolls and letting them limp in for their 2nd td... FF up, 3 normal skills.
Loss The Fortress Keepers (Naf) Humans 1-3 5-2 44k 30k Well im getting used to this sort of game. My rolls were terrible, i guess i had to make up for last game. I pretty much knew i was gonna lose from the start but some of the stuff that happened was just insane. There were two seperate occasions where i failed a 2+ rred and failed again. Also there was an insane bounce from a handoff fumble 1st turn of the 2nd. The ball bounced to my players 6 times, each failed to catch it. Our passing game sucked and im trying to forget what happened during the game, and look forward to my next... We have no MNG's and we got 3 skills. FF went up from HOF, down from FF roll, and down again from hiring another ally. Thanks for the game Naf.
