Sorry Lina, here (finally) is your entry strip. And you can criticize me about it tomorrow. That is, if you stop chewing me and my memory out long enough.
In case you didn't know, those scenes are from Lord of the Rings, though the last one is just a picture of some pigeons. And those are supposed to be dolls of a pigeon, a horse, Gandalf and Legolas. Yup. Oh, the writing is kind of blurry on the third panel. Sorry, blame Jpeg. Or buy me a new image program.
So, what's up in the life of Dirk? I am cutting off my hair. All of it. And I am doing two good deeds at the same time. I am donating my hair to the cancer society so they can make a wig out of it, and I am raising money for my long time friend who has been diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease. His medical plan does not cover the hundreds of shots need for chemo, and the kid was a huge part of our band program at school, plus an all around awesome guy. So I am taking pledges to cut my hair right off (everyone knows me for my long hair), and I am looking to get over 1500 dollars or more from it. I already have over 600 pledged, just from my relatives. "I want to see his face again!" -- they all said that, it seemed.
Eh...enough of me for now.
Next update...later rather than sooner. Its not hard to make, but knowing me I will be too lazy and/or forget again.
But we are nearing the end of this plot arc...then a small interlude...then starting the new plot arc which will begin to include the new characters. However, not all at once, so be patient a little more. Thanks for remaining so up till now. I appreciate not having to reply to "WHEN AM I GOING TO BE IN IT?!?!" all the time. That gets annoying really fast.
