certifications like Microsoft Certified Architect (Messaging –
Apprentice), MCSE + Messaging, MCSA + Messaging, MCSD, MCDBA, MCT, CCNA and
MSF Trainer.
His work, which includes presales and post sales consultancy and support, has
given him firsthand experience in the challenges associated with the network
design, implementation and support of a robust and reliable network. He
is known as Microsoft expert specially in the messaging space and has
experience with MS Windows 2003/8, Exchange, ISA and Citrix Metaframe. He is
also proficient with Training and workshop deliveries. He has attended
numerous Microsoft and other courses' trainings with Microsoft Subject Matter
Experts (SMEs), Microsoft Consulting Services, CTECs and Cisco Training
Partners, which combined with over twelve years of technical experience, has
