"JANIE"

Como al aroma en las flores,

     su tamaño no se mide, se figura,

           es enorme, pequeño, o son rumores,

          así, a una edad que miré prematura,

a mi familia llegó una criatura

     derramando aromas, y sin flores.

  De su físico si medí la estatura,

  olvidándome medir su mente,

     fue un error, un error inocente,

      que sin pensar comete la gente.

      Y esta criatura, aquí en cuestión;

     le dió vida a dos criaturas más,

          alegrando mi familia, mi corazón;

    y a mi hijo, le trajo amor y paz...

       Con el presente las gracias doy,

           con  fervor, al sentir muy hondo;

          un cariño más, que gozando estoy,

        sí, el cariñito de Janie Larrondo.
