It's a day to relax,and focus on God's goodness throughout the week. It's a day to be spiritually refreshed and fellowship with others of like faith.

It's a day to stay away from doing chores and going to work. Oh what joy!

That is why love my Father sooooooooooooooooooooo!!! He is definitely alknowing, everpresent, and alpowerful. When He created the World in six days and commanded us to REST on the seventh, that in my opinion is a stroke of genius.

Trust me, I recognize the SABBATH for all that it is. Complete REST. Spiritually, physically, and emotionally. A day to forget about all of the cares of this life, concentrate on the Creator and His goodness to mankind. Bask in His presence, turn off the TV and do not answer the telephone. Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Oh Yes!
